We're super proud of our Employee Resource Groups.
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) were designed to create spaces for people from different communities to come together and share experiences. They exist to amplify voices, champion change, and create some meaningful support and connection networks throughout the team.

Wild LGBTQIA+ Network
We aim to keep Wild a proud, active and supportive brand of the LGBTQIA community. We meet up every 2 months and make sh!t happen!

The Early Careers Community
A group open to Interns and Executives, we meet up once a month and share learnings, advice and skills. We also hear from senior members of the team, who come and share their story and career advice!

Wild Neurodiversity Network
We are the newest ERG at Wild, and our aim is to provide a space for Neurodiverse employees at Wild to come together and talk about work, life, and everything in between.

We have three committees at Wild who plan initiatives for the team.

Social Committee
At Wild, we work hard. But we play hard too. That means a weekly social (yes, WEEKLY) every Thursday after work. Workout classes, movie nights, pub nights, the list goes on...

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee
We love to celebrate people from all walks of life and ensure they feel seen at Wild. Our theme for 2026 is allyship, and we're working hard to encourage the wider team to be active allies on a range of different topics.

Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Committee
We plan the team volunteering days, working with a range of local charities to ensure that we're giving back. We also work hard on environmental initiatives, and we are partnering with some exciting charities this year!

Here, you'll meet our lovely Office Coordinator, who will welcome you to your visit at Wild. And yes, the desk is shaped like a massive deodorant case.

Our office is open-plan, and each team has their own area. We do fixed seating - you'll get a desk on your first day and you can decorate it to your heart's desire.
Meeting Rooms
We have 7 bookable meeting rooms, along with 1-2-1 pods and phone booths for calls.
Shower Desks
Because there's nothing like saying "I'll meet you at the showers" to your colleagues.
