Our brand new office 🏢
We recently moved into a shiny new office in Oval, London. Fully fitted to be as Wild as possible, our colourful office is as vibrant as our products. And there's more - themed meeting rooms, a dedicated silent space and an in-house creative studio! (we have dogs too 🐶)

Flexible & remote working
We run a hybrid working model at Wild, with 3 office days and 2 work from home days every week. On top of this, we offer additional WFH allowances PLUS office closure at Christmas to spend with loved ones. Oh and there’s more … core working hours, early finish Fridays, and social Thursdays 🎉!
Spill
Wild offers all employees access to Spill - a mental wellbeing support platform, offering a range of services including free access to therapists, to make sure our team have the wellbeing resources they need 💜.

Are you an earlybird? Our core hours are 9-5, which means you can work 8-5, 8:30-5:30, 8:15-5:15, 8:47-5:47... should I keep going? ⏰

We LOVE our brand new office, but we're all about balance. We WFH on Wednesdays and Fridays (office stays open, so you are welcome to come in).
You get 9 additional WFH days per year to cash in on a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday, because we all deserve an extra day to work in our PJs every now and again 💗
