The Role
We are looking for an Automation & AI Specialist who is "AI-First." You are someone who lives in Claude Code, can master Gemini Workspace, and treats AI agents as your primary coworkers. Your goal is to identify manual bottlenecks in Wildâs Finance and Operational teams and solve them by deploying intelligent, automated workflows.
đ What you'll do
Rapid Prototyping with Claude Code: You will be the internal "Builder." Using Claude Code (or equivalent), you'll quickly spin up custom scripts, internal tools, and data connectors. You don't need to be a Python pro, you just need to know how to direct Claude to build exactly what the business needs.
Gemini Workspace Orchestration: Turn our Google Workspace into a sentient assistant. You'll deploy Gemini across our Drive, Docs, and Gmail to automate task extraction, summarise complex supplier and customer data, and keep our Google Tasks perfectly synced across the team.
AI Coworker Deployment: You will be responsible for setting up Claude Coworkers to act as "Agents" for different departments - automating Tier-1 customer queries, reconciling invoices, or flagging supply chain delays before they happen.
Intelligent Workflows: Build and maintain our automation layer supercharged with AI logic. Youâll ensure that when a customer interacts with Wild, the AI is behind the scenes making sure everything from logistics to loyalty points "just works."
The "Manual Task Killer": Youâll spend time with our Finance and Operations teams to spot manual work. If a human is doing it more than twice, youâll build an AI agent to do it for them.
đ What we need from you:
High Agency & Problem Solving: You donât wait for a manual. You see a mess and you build an AI tool to clean it up.
Mastery of the "New Stack":
Claude: Deep experience using Claude Code and Claude Cowork to build and iterate on tools.
Gemini: Power-user level in Gemini for Workspace (using it for Tasks, Docs, and cross-file intelligence).
No-Code: Comfort with Zapier or Make to glue everything together.
Airtable: You will use AI to help us create a robust and automated operating system within Airtable
Prompt Engineering Excellence: You know how to talk to LLMs to get high-quality, reliable business outcomes.
Systems Mindset: You understand how information flows through a business. You can map out a process on a whiteboard and then build the "digital version" in an afternoon.
FMCG/D2C Interest: You love the idea of using cutting-edge AI to help a physical, sustainable product reach more bathrooms globally.
