We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Affiliate Influencer Marketing Manager with a strong background in sales and performance influencer marketing. This role is all about execution, you’ll be responsible for growing our affiliate influencer ecosystem through platforms like AWIN and TikTok Shop, turning thousands of creators into high-performing sales drivers. 🚀Some of your responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution:
- Scale our affiliate influencer base globally through AWIN, TikTok Shop
- Recruit, activate, and nurture a wide-reaching network of creators focused on driving conversion
- Build and manage monthly comms calendars, content briefs, and incentive programs to keep the community engaged
- Launch challenge-based activations, product send-outs to boost creator performance
- Identify and amplify top-performing content in partnership with Paid Media and Social teams
- Own our TikTok Shop presence, from creator partnerships to commission strategies
Campaign Management & Launches
- Lead influencer and affiliate amplification of major product launches
- Partner with CRM, Ops, Social, and Paid teams to deliver seamless cross-channel campaign execution
- Ensure product sampling, creator rewards, and asset management are tightly run and performance-focused
Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor and report weekly performance across all influencer/affiliate programs
- Optimise for key growth metrics such as CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and incremental revenue
- Use performance data to test, iterate, and scale programs efficiently
- Manage program budgets and ensure high return on spend

- 1-2 years of experience in affiliate influencer marketing
- Resilience: This is primarily a sales role, so you must be resilient, results-focused focused and data-driven. You are also not afraid of expressing your opinions.
- Background in affiliate influencer marketing - You'll bring 1-2 years of experience in affiliate influencer marketing or growth marketing, ideally from a brand or agency environment
- Effective time management: You can work in an entrepreneurial environment and are open to getting involved with a variety of different tasks.
- Communication skills: You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, bringing energy to any environment you enter.
- Target driven: Someone who is highly motivated to exceed sales targets and work
- Independently. You'll have a strong understanding of performance marketing, including metrics like CPA, CAC, CTR, AOV, and ROAS.
- Genuine interest in the influencer and creator space – stays up to date with trends and platform dynamics.
