Our next big growth story is happening within retail. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a retail-first Senior Designer to join our in-house team. You’ll bring a wealth of experience in print-based design for retail environments, understand how design influences shopper behaviour, and be ready to push boundaries to elevate our brand experience in stores.

If you love nerding out on Pantones, print processes, and crafting high-impact retail design, this role is for you. You’ll be free to experiment, grow your leadership skills, and see your work come to life in major retailers across the UK and beyond. You’ll be working across a range of print-based projects, from POS and promotional signage to show-stopping in-store displays, shaping how customers experience Wild in retail spaces worldwide.
🚀 Some of your responsibilities:
Delivering creative projects focused on retail, including:
- POS displays such as shelf strips, barkers and aisle fins
- Branded fixtures and displays – from countertop units to large-scale freestanding displays
- Retail promotional materials – including direct mail, print ads, and OOH campaign
Collaborating with teams across the business to create standout, on-brand creative solutions.
Experimenting and innovating – Wild loves bold ideas, and we want someone who can challenge the ordinary while keeping the customer journey at the heart of their work.
🚀What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience as a designer with a strong focus on print-based retail design.
Experience designing for FMCG brands, ideally within beauty & cosmetics, personal care or food & beverage.
A thorough understanding of shopper behaviour and customer engagement.
Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, with extensive experience in creating print-ready artwork (often working with complex artwork templates).
A creative thinker who’s equally comfortable leading projects and collaborating across teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
