We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Influencer Marketing Executive with a strong background in sales. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of influencer campaigns designed to maximise ROI, accelerate conversions, and deliver measurable business growth. 🚀 Some of your responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a results-driven influencer marketing strategy focused on increasing sales and measurable outcomes.
Identify and onboard influencers with a proven track record of driving sales across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Set clear KPIs for influencer campaigns, focusing on sales conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and return on investment (ROI).
Target driven: You will have ownership over budgets and have ambitious revenue targets to work towards. You will be responsible for ensuring quality content is always delivered from our talent partners in a timely manner.
Partnership Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers who align with our brand and sales goals.
Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and commission structures tied to influencer sales performance.
Conduct regular reviews of influencer performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimise outcomes.
Analysing Reporting:

Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as conversion rates, revenue generated, and overall ROI.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine influencer strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with emerging influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance performance.

Exceptional understanding of sales metrics and performance marketing principles.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage influencer contracts tied to sales outcomes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter mindset with a focus on results and exceeding targets.
Proven track record of managing a high-performing team or campaigns that drove significant revenue growth.
