We're looking to hire a Regulatory & Compliance Executive to join our Product team to ensure our growing portfolio of D2C and Retail products meet the highest level of quality and compliance and help drive our sustainability mission.
Please note that this is a junior/entry-level role.Â
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with experience in product registration and a strong understanding of UK and global regulations: UK, EU, and USA. Experience in managing Cruelty-Free, Vegan, and Sustainability standards is preferred. The successful candidate should be able to juggle multiple projects and product compliance at once, with excellent time management skills.
This role will report to our Quality & Sustainability Lead and sit within the Product team, supporting the NPD Managers to bring products to market. You will also collaborate closely with the rest of the Wild team, our suppliers, and customers to ensure we are deliver best-in-class sustainable personal care products.
đ Some of your responsibilities:
- Compliance & Quality
- Ensure timely submission of Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs) and creation of Product Information Files (PIFs) for all new product and limited-edition product launches
- Responsible for managing our various product certifications; Vegan Society, Leaping Bunny and ensuring current and future product ranges meet certification requirements
- Support the Retail and Customer Service team in answering compliance queries and filling in forms when appropriate
- Maintain regulatory documents and compliance databases so all information is readily accessible and up to date
- Support the NPD Managers in review of packaging for Retail and D2C launches
- Work with the Quality & Sustainability Lead to maintain quality control documentation and manage data input for QA processes
- Sustainability
- Prepare and submit packaging calculations required for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Support the Quality & Sustainability Lead to oversee and monitor supplier audits, actively encouraging suppliers to complete relevant sustainability certifications and audits
- Ensure new suppliers comply with Wild sustainability standards by signing documentation such as the Code of Conduct and Plastic Disclosure Questionnaire.
- Work with the Quality & Sustainability Lead to support efforts toward B Corp recertification, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are maintained.
đ What we need from you:

- Previous experience working within similar industries in technical compliance or regulatory affairs
- Proven ability to successfully manage compliance processes: PIF creation, CPNP/SCPN notifications, claim substantiation and technical document reviews
- Experience in working on Cruelty-Free, Vegan, Leaping Bunny and Sustainability standards, and a good understanding of the documentation required
- Preference for this candidate to have a Cosmetic Science degree, but not essential
- Experience across personal care categories within colour cosmetics, skincare, SPF, aerosols, and toys
- Excellent time management and organisational skills. Able to manage multiple product registrations and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes is preferred as this role will support on QC data input
