We launched our refillable deodorant on WeAreWild.com in April 2020 and are growing rapidly having delivered millions of deodorants, raised over £7.5m in funding and now available in thousands of stores across Europe.

About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a People and Talent Executive. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation by attracting and retaining top talent, alongside other people ops responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet organisational hiring needs.
Maintain records and reports of recruitment activities and candidate information in an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Act as a point of contact for new employees, providing support and guidance as they acclimate to their roles and the organisation.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Office Management:
Assist with office administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling incoming inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organised office environment, ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and equipped to support employee needs.
Coordinate office events and activities to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Compliance:
Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Preferable: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
